Seasonal pricing from ¥75,000 – ¥270,000 per night for the whole villa (sleeps 6) — peak rates apply at New Year, Chinese New Year, and Japanese holidays. Direct booking saves 10–15% over third-party platforms.

For the 7th guest, an additional charge per night applies. Contact us for current rates.
