Rate Guidance

Seasonal pricing from ¥75,000 – ¥270,000 per night for the whole villa (sleeps 6) — peak rates apply at New Year, Chinese New Year, and Japanese holidays. Direct booking saves 10–15% over third-party platforms.

How to Book

    Submit Inquiry

    Complete our inquiry form with your preferred dates and group details. We'll respond within 24 hours.

    Receive Confirmation

    H2 Group will confirm availability, provide a detailed quote, and send our booking agreement.

  3. 3

    Secure Your Dates

    A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of booking. Full payment is required 60 days before check-in.

    Pre-Arrival Planning

    Book a complimentary Calendly call with our team to plan your arrival and any local recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

  • • More than 60 days before check-in: 20% deposit non-refundable
  • • 60 days or less before check-in: 100% cancellation fee
  • • Full payment is due 60 days before check-in

  • • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • • Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability)
