We collect personal information that you provide directly:

- ● Booking enquiries via book.villamatsu.com: handled by our booking partner RoomBoss under their own privacy terms (https://www.roomboss.com).
- ● Email correspondence: any information you share when emailing hello@villamatsu.com.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiries, arrange and manage your stay, provide support during a booking, and follow up after departure where relevant. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox via Formspree (a third-party service). Booking data is held by RoomBoss in their reservation system. We keep enquiry correspondence in our email and reservation records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
villamatsu.com does not set tracking cookies. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism in line with applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or for any other privacy question, email hello@villamatsu.com.
Children
Villa Matsu is a family-friendly property, but our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
